Well, we knew it would happen. All signs pointed to yes. We knew we'd have a spot in the kegger, but the question was, would the awesome and worthy competitors of the Bi-Polar Bears keep us out of top spot? Heck no! For the second season in a row, the juggernaut of Travis rolled right over Trivia. Here's some sweet recappin' for you.

Attendees: Captain Craig, Trivia Cindy, Steve-Know, Andrea, Birthday Boy Travis, Workaholic Janelle, Orange Jews James, and Meghan Trenholm.
Absentees: Kari, Bruce, the Stanimal.
Pitchers of beer purchased: Two?
Pizzas purchased: One.
Pitchers of victory beer: three, I think.
Pitchers of beer given away as charity beer: One, to the bi-Polars, since they didn't win any last night.
Pitchers of birthday beer: One.
Some notes:
Lots of rounds, but they moved faster. The only drag was telling us that we had "five minutes to get drunker." we didn't need that at all.
Trivia James brought Trivia oranges, the perfect bite-sized food. He did so at the expense of his trivia hat. Rules of Travis dictate that if you forget your hat on the last day of the season, you have to make one (precedent was set by Craig's paper chapeau last year). So, that's why I ended up wearing an orange peel Yamulka on my head. Thus, Orange Jews.
The engineers gamely gave us a gimme with the theme music round - TV themes? Oh sure. Not a miss in the bunch.
Also, the "Big shiny tunes" round was kickin'. Total memories all up in this.
Total victory was assured later, but we pulled the usual Secreteriat move by expanding our lead every round. Going from being behind by one at the start to up by eight by the end. It was sweet. The Bi-Polar bears tried to convince us that they only lost because their history guy wasn't there.
Overall scores and such will be posted later. I'm writing this from a Honda dealership right now.

There were 2 pitchers of charity beer. Since we had an overabundance of beer (did I just say that?) I gave one to Two Guys, One Cup (Mitch and Neil)
I'd also like to add the quote of the night.

Word on the street is Team Travis is too old to handle their keg party so they are giving to the engineers...
